The ICA Committee on Consumer Cooperation for Asia and the Pacific (ICA-AP Consumer Committee) is one of the ten sectoral/ thematic committees in the Asia-Pacific region. The Consumer Committee  represents member cooperatives in the region, promotes the development of consumer cooperative and builds the capacity of members. The ICA-AP Consumer Committee periodically comes out with reports which explore the state of cooperatives in the region. This report looks at consumer cooperatives in the Visayas, The Philippines.
